This is how page title should appear in zuvi theme.
By default, Zuvi theme will place the page title block in Page Header region. If it is not placed correctly, place Page title block in Page Header region.
Navigate to:
Home Administration Structure Block layout
example.com/admin/structure/block
Now place Page title block in Page Header region and save.
