Pari theme has 5 block regions in footer.
You can add content in these regions from block settings page.
Administration >> Structure >> Blocks
Step 1:
Navigate to: Administration >> Structure >> Blocks and click Add block
Step 2:
Create a new block with some content. And set location of this block to Footer First / Footer Second / Footer Third / Footer Fourth / Footer region and click Save blocks.
