There are five blocks region in footer. You can add content in any of these five footer block region.

How to manage these footer blocks
You can manage these blocks region from blocks settings page.
Navigate to: Administration >> Structure >> Blocks

How to add content in these footer blocks
- Login as administrator on your Drupal website
- Navigate to: Administration >> Structure >> Blocks
admin/structure/block
- Click Add block link.
- Create a new block.
- Scroll down and set its region to Footer One / Footer Two / Footer Three / Footer Four / Footer and click Save block button.
