Would like to switch off book traversal links

At the end of each book page a link : book traversal links for xxxpage is shown. This confuses. I would like to switch it off. Seems to be an issue because it is not the case with other themes. Screendump has been sent through chat. Best LPR

This version include fix for this issue and other known issues.
