Refund Policy
Since we offer non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after your purchase is completed. However, if our product do not function as promised, we can accept refund request if done within 7 days of purchase. If you are unsure about features or functionality of a theme, please contact us before you purchase our products.
Request for changes or new feature
We will not accept any request to make some changes in themes to suit your particular needs. We will also not accept any request for any new feature in the theme.
However, if the requested changes / features are minor, we will get it done for you :)
Warranty
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We create our products with care but we do not guarantee that our themes will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our themes will be functional with all versions of Drupal. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, modules, scripts, or applications. If you are unsure about compatibility, please ask us before you purchase our products.
Customer Accounts
Customers will be required to create an drupar.com account when purchasing any of our products and/or services. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and are not permitted to share and/or distribute their account login details. Drupar.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from customer failure to comply with these terms.
Product Delivery
After we have successfully received customer payment, the customer can download the product from user account page. Purchases made via PayPal is completed instantly and customer can download the the purchased file instantly. Payments made via offline methods may require 1-3 days to complete.
Price/Product Changes
Drupar.com reserves the right at any time to modify and/or discontinue a product with or without notice. Further, we may add new products and/or services with or without notice. Prices of any products are subject to change at any time by posting the changes to the drupar.com website.
Privacy
When you purchase a product we do collect personal information like name, e-mail address, and your PayPal address to complete payment.
