Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to add more than two levels to the drop down menu.
Is the homepage fully customizable ?
Can we introduce another slider than the default one ?

Yes, BerryPro theme support multiple level drop down menu.

Regarding slider, you can customize the slider using different settings available. Like you can increase / decrease number of slider etc.

But if you want to completely disable default slider and use any other slider plugin, we can help you in this regard.

Just a remind : is the homepage fully customizable i.e. can we add regions, introduce a layout made of blocks (in the main content) and so on ?

Yes, you can add content on homepage using Drupal block system :)
