Hey guys, I just found the Hertz theme today, and I am loving it. I am really considering purchasing the $25 pro version, but there is one hangup. We have the homepage set up correctly and enjoy it. Our other pages, however, are Basic Page articles, and have no content body. I can see the title of the Basic Page, but no content. If I use the "Edit" block icon, I can see all the text. I tried changing colors and everything. If I switch back to my old theme, it works as intended.
I have this theme installed on my community website, http://ettech.net
Example page of content not showing, http://ettech.net/divisions
And the text that should be there:
Extra-Terrestrial technologies is divided into several different sections, to keep all of our services and activites well organized. Current list of Divisions:
Resource Acquisition
Design and Development
Planetary Interaction
Survival/Adventure
Deep-Space Exploration
Artificial Intelligence Research
Aeronautics Research Division
I can likely resolve the issue by putting this content in blocks instead, because it is static content. The only issue is our Forum, that doesn't display either: http://ettech.net/forum
I appreciate your support on this otherwise amazing theme.

It looks like you have edited theme files for some custom changes.
Can you please download theme again and replace all exiting files of Hertz theme.
Actually, this is a brand new theme install.
All of my pre-existing content is custom modules pointing to standard blocks, in standard block layout locations. This theme hasnt been touched code-wise. I just took the slider down until we get some custom images in there.
Can you please send me your website admin login details to my email id admin@drupar.com
I can't guess exact problem.
I guess it looks like I'm on my own here. Thanks
I havn't found the root cause of my issue yet, but I narrowed down the problem. I uninstalled Hertz, and tried your lava theme. I checked out all the content before I enabled the homepage block, and everything was there as it should be. once I enabled the homepage block, content body disappeared again site-wide. if we don't find another solution, I willjust make a custom block to print "front page" nodes.
Just another update. Got home from work and reinstalled Hertz. Before I re-enabled the Homepage Content block, I checked on all of my content and forums, everything was there. As soon as i enabled the Homepage Content block, basic page and forum content bodies disappeared everywhere but homepage. I believe the issue lies in a forced content redirect in your Homepage Content block, I havn't stripped your theme apart to know quite yet, but that definitely seems to be the issue. You may see evidence of content being there, with a lack of homepage content, from the links in my Original Post.
I have double checked homepage block and other pages content on my installation. Can't find any issue at my end.
Can you do a fresh drupal installation on a different test url like test.ettech.net and do not install any custom module. Just use Drupal core module and test Hertz theme.
Alternatively you can give me admin access of your website, so that I can check.
Is your installation a pro version? I have a feeling there might be an overlooked glitch in your free version, as it isn't the moneymaker. I haven't had the time to set up another full drupal installation, the company I work for laid off over half their employees, and those of us left are working overtime to make the month's numbers. I might get to it this weekend, but honestly, at this point, it will be much less work for me to make a custom block to deal with homepage content.
I don't leave any reported glitch / issue in my free themes. Since this issue was related to Hertz theme, so I tested it on my Hertz theme installation.
For you, I have also updated the live demo of Hertz theme with a block on Homepage. Page content on other pages are visible perfectly. Please check:
