LavaPro theme has a custom maintenance page. This page is displayed when your Drupal website is in offline mode.
You can put your website in offline mode from:
Administration >> Development >> Maintenance mode
admin/config/development/maintenance
Your website now goes in maintenance mode and will show custom maintenance page.
