I know there are lots of solutions for that kinda thing, but is it possible to show a beautiful countdown clock? Or what do you recommend for that?

There are many Drupal modules for this.
I found this one easy and light weight.

If you want to display on any specific page/node, use content block region to display this countdown. And in visibility settings, display this block only on that node.
