ZOOR: Region "navigations"failing

Hi....I'm having trouble using a custom menu or block in the "Navigation" region. I revised templates and includes and appears everything is ok. I think it should be something css. The region does not appear or the demo page(admin/structure/block/demo/zoor).

Yes, theme is codes to display main menu in header region and have disabled Navigation block region.
Give me 1-2 days to send you edited theme file. Actually I am currently out of station.
