Need help Main Menu

The main menu is not being shown for mobile users..

When you go from desktop view to a mobile view (if you minimize screen) the menu button shows up but NO menus are being displayed.

I have tried all sorts of things still no luck I will need some help.

This is not expected behavior of theme.
Please list Drupal non-core modules you are using on your website.

Also, disable jQuery Update module. BerryPro theme has already jQuery v1.10.2
