issue: message: no frontpage has been created yet

On the home page, after installing 8.1.5 there is now a message to make a homepage including a title bar ‘Welcome to . See screenprint : the title bar and the text ‘no front page etc’. This is the text one gets after first installing Drupal. This seems wrong. I already have build a homepage. Question: how to disable this block/message.
