How to create an image Gallery in ZOOR Theme?

Hello,

I want to create an image gallery in my Zoor theme but in this page:
http://drupar.com/zoor-theme-documentation/how-create-gallery-page

There is nothing. Also on the zip I downloaded it says: "Please refer to documentation on how to create a gallery page."

Where is this "documentation" that I cannot find?
