I have tried updating LinkedIn profile URL, and cleared all other social media URLs. Saving the configuration is successful, but after that, the LinkedIn URL is defaulted back to the default URL.
Is there something I am doing wrong or is it a bug?

Thank you for reporting the bug. I have fixed the issue and also updated the download file.
Please download new theme file from your account area.
You need to perform just two steps to apply patch.
1) Replace following file:
hertzpro/theme-settings.php
2) Clear Drupal cache from:
Home >> Administration >> Configuration >> Development >> Performance >> Clear All Cache
