HertzPro homepage blocks missing

Regions for homepage header and homepage blocks 1,2,3 appear to be missing from my blocks in HertzPro. They don't show up in the region dropdown menu as an option either.

HertzPro theme has only one block region for homepage contents and i.e Homepage content

Please look for sample content in folder /sample_content/Homepage. You can find this folder in downloaded theme file.

I am trying to match the features layout from the demo and having a hard time figuring out the method to make mine look the same.
