I have only limited knowledge about drupal and zero knowledge about theming, so if these questions seems noobish please forgive. And please answer like you are telling to a 5 year old child.

It looks like you are using Drupal cache and your website is not able to get files from sites/default/files directory
1) Try clearing drupal cache.
Admin >> Config >> Performance >> Clear all caches
2) Disable cache for testing purpose.
3) Re-save zoor theme settings.
Caching is already off and still getting weird errors about template features.
This is so frustrating.
Clear all error logs and change theme to default barik.
See if you still get any error message.
Now revert back to zoor theme and check error log. Let me know the result.

Anyways i dont need the sticky contact and other stuff, all i need is the user menu to Show at the mobile navigation and the sticky header together with the main menu in a fashionable way.
I edited the header include file and managed to get it working somehow but its not good.
So, could you kindly adjust the template only to Show user menu and main menu side by side (nicely) both in mobile and desktop views.
