This is the default position of page title in Mahi Pro theme.
By default, Mahi Pro theme will place the Page title block in Page Header region. If it is not placed correctly, place Page title block in Page Header region.
Navigate to:
Home 
Administration Structure Block layout
example.com/admin/structure/block
Now place Page title block in Page Header region and save.
