How to Get Support
To get support, we request you to submit a support ticket through our website. Please open a support ticket using the link below, and our support team will respond as soon as possible:
Support Availability and Duration
Support is provided only during the active support period of your license.
- Single Domain License: 3 months of support
- Unlimited Domains License: 12 months of support
Once the support period expires, you need to renew your license to continue receiving assistance.
Support Hours
Please note that our support services are available Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IST – India Standard Time). Support requests received outside these hours will be handled on the next working day.
What We Can’t Help You With
Please note that we cannot provide support for the following:
- New feature implementation or extending theme functionality.
- Theme modifications or customizations.
- Server-side or hosting-related issues.
- Issues caused by third-party modules or integrations.
