Clic issues on menu

Hi, hertzpro issue.
Get some problem for opening structure or apparence menu. I need to double clic on the dashboard menu button.
This in not realy a constraint for this kind of button (upper side)but when i am on an open page (home or content page)and want to add enbeded content, i cannot doubleclic as afrer the first clic the button is not active (page become dark grey).

Can you explain?
